On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven\u00a0Hotel Sales Executive to spearhead the hotel\u2019s sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives on building relationships, creating tailored packages, and driving revenue growth. You\u2019ll be the face of the hotel to corporate, leisure, and group clients\u2014crafting unique experiences, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring the property is top-of-mind in a competitive market.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive room bookings, events, and conference sales.
\nProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities from corporate, travel agencies, and group clients.
\nMaintain and expand relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
\nDesign and present attractive proposals, packages, and contracts to potential clients.
\nCollaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
\nMonitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to refine sales approaches.
\nAchieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
\nPrepare timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality\/hotel industry.
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\nDemonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
\nCustomer-focused with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
\nProficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel booking\/reservation systems is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
