Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Handling Partners queries<\/p>\n
Handle all partner queries and resolve them accordingly.
\nEducate partners on process flow and update them on invoice status<\/p>\n
Invoice Management<\/p>\n
Receive all invoices
\nCheck the completeness of invoices and return to partners if not completed
\nScan & attach all Invoices along with supporting documents
\nEnter & Attach in Oracle
\nMatch in the system and initiate approval
\nMonitor the progress of:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0non matched invoices and follow-up\/ escalate with user\/function head for timely approval
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0invoices sent back to partners for details or clarifications but not received back
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor Invoice approval through the dashboard & follow-up with the user \/ department head<\/p>\n
Timely payment follow ups\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Proactive & Reactive follow-up for release of payments
\nEscalate in case of delay<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Educational Qualifications & Functional\/Technical Skills\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounts or its equivalent
\nFunctional knowledge of Accounting Operations
\nFunctional knowledge of Finance Operations
\nExperience of using ERP AP Module<\/p>\n
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)<\/p>\n
2-year minimum experience in related job.
\nComputer hands-on experience with MS Office Suite<\/p>\n
