\nThe Key Purpose of this role is to operate and maintain the packaging process to achieve optimal equipment effectiveness.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Carries out machine operation \u2013 start-up, shut down, running, etc.
\nCarry out brand pack changes
\nPerform autonomous maintenance
\nRegularly checks to ensure correct set up and operation
\nMonitor process performance
\nSupports development, training and coach operational teams to ensure optimal operation
\nAssist in problem solving processes pertaining to specific process area
\nProvides knowledge in all continuous improvement activities aimed at improving process capability of specific\u00a0plant\/process area
\nCoaches and assesses staff as required
\nMaintain safe and healthy work environment<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
A Diploma\/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
\nAbility to work shifts
\nSummatively assessed on at least two machines
\n3 years\u2019 experience in working in a packaging process environment
\nActive team player
\nHaving vigilance and quickness to action
\nProblem solving ability
\nManual dexterity
\nProven SAB track record (Prior performance)<\/p>\n
