Below are the details of the role, including responsibilities, requirements, and application instructions.<br \/>\nJob notification service<br \/>\nPosition: Assistant Internal Audit Manager<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Develop annual risk assessments and audit plans aligned with the organization\u2019s risk profile.<br \/>\nPlan, execute, and evaluate internal controls, ensuring a complete audit cycle.<br \/>\nConduct departmental, branch operations, special, and compliance audits.<br \/>\nPerform forensic audits and fraud examinations when needed.<br \/>\nIdentify trends, risks, and irregularities in financial and operational data using data visualization tools.<br \/>\nAssess operational effectiveness at branches and client sites using field control tests.<br \/>\nPrepare evidence-backed audit\/investigation reports for relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related fields.<br \/>\nCPA\/ACCA, CIA, or CFE (full or part) certification required.<br \/>\nIT background is advantageous.<br \/>\n3\u20135 years of relevant experience in auditing, fraud investigation, and forensics.<br \/>\nExperience in the microfinance industry will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.<br \/>\nCandidates must have never been involved in any fraud case, whether discovered or not.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
