We are seeking a highly skilled Server and Storage Engineer to manage and maintain our
\nnetwork and storage infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of servers, networks, and
\ndata centers. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve complex system issues, optimize
\nnetwork architecture, and provide innovative solutions for integrating and managing
\ntechnology across the organization.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
1. Server and Network Management:
\n\u00a0Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network and server issues.
\n\u00a0Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, firewalls, and storage systems.
\nAdminister applications such as DNS, FTP, and web hosting platforms.
\n2. Data Center Operations:
\nMaintain the internal network structure by managing routers, firewalls, and ensuring 24\/7 uptime.
\n\u00a0Monitor environmental conditions in the data center, including power and cooling systems, to ensure optimal performance.
\nCalibrate and monitor server performance to support business operations.
\n3. Troubleshooting and Optimization:
\nTroubleshoot and resolve network performance issues.
\nProvide solutions for complex integration of technologies and network components.
\nDesign and lead optimization and restructuring of network architecture.
\n4. Maintenance and Upgrades:
\nPerform system repairs and software\/operating system updates.
\n\u00a0Stay current with advancements in network administration and firmware integration.
\nConduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of data center equipment.
\n5. Collaboration and Support:
\n\u00a0Collaborate with IT teams, sales personnel, and data center managers to improve operations.
\nOrganize and optimize data center layouts for easy accessibility and maintenance.
\n\u00a0Provide support for resolving operational, infrastructure, or hardware incidents.<\/p>\n
