\nThe Opportunity
\nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic\u00a0Head of Liability\u00a0to lead our deposits and savings strategy in Tanzania. This senior role is ideal for professionals currently managing savings, deposits, or liability products in commercial banking, who are ready to step into a transformative leadership role.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead and execute liability mobilization strategy across savings and deposit products.
\nDrive growth in retail, SME, and institutional deposits.
\nDevelop innovative savings products tailored to market needs.
\nBuild and lead a high-performing liability team.
\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and group standards.
\nReport directly to country-level senior management.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
Proven track record in deposits, savings, or liability management (Manager level and above).
\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
\nIn-depth knowledge of the Tanzanian financial sector.
\nStrategic thinker with ability to deliver measurable results.<\/p>\n
