\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable\u00a0Data Entry Clerk\u00a0to join our team. The ideal candidate must be based in\u00a0Mlandizi or Kibaha\u00a0and will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of records and information, both digital and physical.
\nThis role requires strong computer literacy, with emphasis on\u00a0basic computer applications, browsing, and internet usage.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Enter and update data across different platforms, databases, and records (company and client-related).<\/p>\n
Verify information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.<\/p>\n
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.<\/p>\n
Prepare, format, and manage simple reports and spreadsheets.<\/p>\n
Assist in handling online forms, email records, and internet-based tasks.<\/p>\n
Support administrative operations by performing routine clerical duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Ensure confidentiality and security of all records and information handled.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Female candidates only.<\/p>\n
Must reside in\u00a0Mlandizi or Kibaha.<\/p>\n
Strong computer skills, including typing, browsing, and internet use.<\/p>\n
Attention to detail and accuracy.<\/p>\n
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n
Good communication skills in English and Swahili.<\/p>\n

Monthly Salary:\u00a0TZS 250,000-500000<\/p>\n
