Job summary
\nThe Branch Manager oversees all operations of a branch bank, ensuring efficient customer service, compliance with regulations, and achievement of financial targets. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a strategic focus on business development and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to enhance customer relationships.
\nSkills and experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in business management, banking and finance, or related field from a recognized university
\nJob application tools<\/p>\n
Three (3) years\u2019 experience in a similar role or managerial position from banking or financial institutions is preferred<\/p>\n
