Building a distribution from top to bottom that is capable of selling AzamPesa products and services into the mass market.
\nCapable of understanding the nuances of the mobile money market and adjust strategies and sales tactics accordingly. We\u2019re looking for someone who is data oriented who is able to think creatively and adjust methods based on results and feedback as a key aspect of the position.
\nIdentifying market gaps is the company\u2019s core goal that we drive revenue and building sales strategies to penetrate those markets effectively.
\nIdentify business opportunities for new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
\nInstilling passion in the sales operations, establishing a culture of integrity, honesty and performance.<\/p>\n

\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Managing resources to deliver the offer in alignment with company strategy
\nEnsuring profitable customer intake (mass market and corporate)
\nOptimizing and innovating the distribution process
\nDeveloping team skills and ensuring the transfer knowledge
\nAttain sales objectives as per set targets.
\nAttain distribution objectives for both wallet and AzamPesa KPIs as per set targets.
\nCoordinate direct sales team in order to achieve objectives by applying approved procedures.<\/p>\n
Monthly performance reviews of Azampesa sales across regional and zones.
\nDevelop and coordinate supporting field teams
\nOversee product feedback by marketing activities and competitors\u2019 activities
\nDevelop promotions, campaigns and manage the projects to launch into the live environment together with stakeholders.
\nDeveloped Strong competitor footprint in area of operation<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field (or equivalent).
\nMembership in related professional organizations.
\nCertifications accreditation in relevant areas.
\n8 years\u2019 experience in Sales and Marketing from any industry with consumer-facing roles.
\nCustomer obsessed and solution oriented.<\/p>\n
Knowledge & Skills<\/p>\n
Wider understanding of building and scaling an effective ground sales operation in Tanzania
\nProven strong interpersonal and stakeholders\u2019 management skills
\nProven ability of analysis and reporting
\nKnowledge of mobile money not required but is a plus.
\nStrong Microsoft Office skills
\nStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
\nAbility to work with all levels of company staff
\nHigh levels of honesty, integrity, and reliability.<\/p>\n

Self-starter with experience and desire to acquire new business
\nMust be self-driven, energetic, resourceful, creative, and possess strong leadership Skills.
