\nThe Business analyst will work as a bridge between business and technical teams by analyzing and evaluating business operations, requirements, and data to identify areas of improvements. Will be responsible to create reports and provide strategic recommendations to improve business efficient and profitability.

\nGathering, Analysing, and documenting Business Requirements 40%<\/p>\n
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.
\nStaying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancement to automate and modernize systems.
\nAllocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency during project implementation.
\nTo ensure business requirements are translated accurately into working technical design.<\/p>\n
Prepare and maintain technical and user documentations for various software functionalities.
\nPrepare and maintain the product, service and software catalogue introduced into the Bank for various purposes.
\nIdentify any gaps or discrepancies between the current state of the business process\/system and the desired future state.<\/p>\n
Stakeholders Management and Communication 20%<\/p>\n
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
\nParticipate in analysis of user requirements, prototyping, and integration of technological components, testing and deployment.
\nEffectively communicate insights and plans to cross functional team members and management.
\nGather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
\nWork closely with clients, vendors, technology, and managerial staff to collect requirements analyze them and translated into technical specifications.<\/p>\n
Ensure Quality and Compliant Implementation 25%<\/p>\n
Analyse and document business processes and translate these into functional specifications.
\nProvide leadership, training, coaching and guidance to junior staffs on new products and services.
\nStaying close to technical delivery\/project ensuring the deliverables are as per the agreed design and does not affect the existing systems, service, or products negatively.
\nSupport the testing and implementation phase of the project by defining the test cases and implementing quality control during testing.
\nEnsure smooth transition from Development to production.<\/p>\n

\nProviding Ongoing Support and Continuous Improvement 15%<\/p>\n
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimizations strategies.
\nProvide Ongoing support by addressing user inquiries, evaluating enhancements or Change Requests, and monitoring the solution\u2019s performance against the defined requirements.
\n. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggesting ways to optimize business operations.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience Required<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
\nAt least 3 years of experience in business analysis and exposure to project environment.
\nBusiness Analysis or Project Management Certification
\nCurrent technology savvy<\/p>\n
Knowledge & Skills:<\/p>\n
Ability to capture, translate and communicate software business requirements to various project stakeholders.
\nKnowledge in project management and Business Analysis.
\nPractical in Object Oriented Design and Analysis.
\nKnowledgeable in Quality Assurance for developed ICT products\/services.
\n\u00a0 Understanding of Software engineering concepts and modelling techniques and methods.
\nThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
\nExcellent documentation skills with experience creating detailed reports and giving presentation.<\/p>\n
