The Senior Manager, Product \u2013 Trade Finance & Working Capital Management is a leadership role within Stanbic Bank Tanzania\u2019s Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Transaction Banking division. This position is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for our\u00a0trade finance and working capital products\u00a0to drive significant growth and revenue.
\nYou will be the key product champion for all trade and working capital solutions, including\u00a0letters of credit, guarantees, supply chain finance, and invoice discounting.\u00a0This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings are relevant and market leading. You will also be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, shaping product offerings, and collaborating with sales and other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to a diverse client base in Tanzania and across key economic corridors.
\nThis role is a unique blend of product management, strategy, and business development. You will be accountable for achieving financial targets, managing product-related risks, and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the Transaction Banking business.

Qualifications<\/p>\n
Type of Qualification:\u00a0First Degree
\nField of Study:\u00a0Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master\u2019s degree is strongly preferred.

\nIn transaction banking, corporate banking, or financial services, with a specific focus on trade finance and working capital products.
