\nThe Key Purpose of this role is to optimize and modify process control systems, support the installation of process control and related electrical systems, and maintain, calibrate, and repair equipment. This role ensures the optimization of plant operations and associated devices to maximize plant availability and maintain high product quality.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:
\nMaintain a safe and healthy working environment.<\/p>\n
Comply with safety, health and environmental procedures and legislation
\nMaintain safety and housekeeping standards<\/p>\n
Maintain, calibrate, repair equipment and optimise plant and associated devices.<\/p>\n
Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation \/ systems
\nPlan and prepare the job
\nCarry out repairs \/ maintenance
\nContinuously improve (optimise) plant, process equipment and systems
\nOperate plant and process equipment
\nCalibrate instruments
\nPerform basic changes to software in PLCs with necessary approvals
\nSupports the scope of projects and upgrades to plant and process<\/p>\n
Work in Teams<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively in teams
\nContribute to self and team development<\/p>\n
Apply problem solving processes.<\/p>\n
Utilize loss & waste and short interval control to identify problems

Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering
\n2-3 years in Routine electrical and instrumentation maintenance on similar. Packaging, Brewing and utilities plants.<\/p>\n
