Main responsibilities include overseeing crop aggregation, ensuring quality control, and implementing operations based on market data and strategies provided by senior management. You will be asked to work with farmers\u2014 youth and women\u2014to facilitate market access for crops, provide training, and support crop sales, ensuring understanding of the organization\u2019s market access strategy.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<br \/>\nYou will:<br \/>\nAssist in the development and implementation of market access strategies to optimize product uptake and revenue growth.<br \/>\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize market access opportunities and barriers.<br \/>\nAnalyze and interpret market data and trends to inform market access decisions.<br \/>\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patients.<br \/>\nAssist in the preparation of market access materials, including dossiers, value propositions, and other supporting documents.<br \/>\nCareer Growth and Development<br \/>\nWe have a strong culture of constant learning and we invest in developing our people. For this role specifically, you will have:<br \/>\n1+ years of experience in market access, healthcare, or a related field.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends and regulatory environment.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<br \/>\nSets and draw meaningful conclusions.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with market access tools and databases, such as LexisNexis or Elsevier.<br \/>\nPreferred Start Date<br \/>\nAs soon as possible<br \/>\nJob Location<br \/>\nIringa, Singida, Mtwara \u2013 Tanzania<br \/>\nContract Duration<br \/>\n6 months<br \/>\nEligibility<br \/>\nThis role is only open to citizens or permanent residents of Tanzania<br \/>\nApplication Deadline<br \/>\n28 December 2025.
