To design, develop, and deliver business intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions, ensuring accurate and timely\u00a0reporting to support decision-making across the organization. The role will focus on translating business\u00a0requirements into actionable insights using BI tools, dashboards, and data models.
\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations\u00a0using tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense,or Tableau.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with business stakeholders\u00a0to gather reporting requirements and\u00a0translate them into technical\u00a0specifications and provide training and\u00a0support to end-users on BI tools and\u00a0self-service analytics capabilities.
\n\u2022 Perform data analysis and validation to\u00a0ensure accuracy and consistency of\u00a0reporting outputs.
\n\u2022 Work closely with the Data Warehousing\u00a0and Big Data teams to ensure data\u00a0availability and reliability.
\n\u2022 Optimize SQL queries, data models, and\u00a0ETL processes to improve reporting\u00a0efficiency.<\/p>\n
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience<\/p>\n
Proven experience in Business
\nIntelligence, Data Analysis, or Reporting\u00a0roles.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of BI tools such as\u00a0Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or\u00a0equivalent.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in SQL and experience with\u00a0relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL\u00a0Server, MySQL).
\n\u2022 Good understanding of data modeling,ETL processes, and reporting best\u00a0practices.
\n\u2022 Analytical mindset with excellent
\nproblem-solving skills and attention to\u00a0detail.
\n\u2022 Ability to communicate complex data\u00a0insights clearly to non-technical\u00a0stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with cloud data platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Must have technical\/professional qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science,Information Systems, Statistics, or\u00a0related field.
\n\u2022 Professional certifications in BI or analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified\u00a0Data Analyst, Qlik, or Tableau) are an\u00a0advantage<\/p>\n
