Oversee the management and delivery of both existing and new company projects, ensuring they are completed within defined timelines and meet all specified deliverables. The Project Manager will lead implementation and reporting efforts by effectively coordinating resources, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to advance strategic objectives and promote operational excellence.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
1. Project Management \u2013 scope, goals, resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
\n2. Coordinate the approval process for project deliverables and documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on
\nassociated payments.
\n3. Monitor budgets, resources, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
\n4. Oversee client relations by managing expectations and maintaining alignment among stakeholders throughout the
\nproject lifecycle
\n5. Manage risks: Identify challenges and create contingency plans
\n6. Cross-functional team management \u2013 Manage tasks, delegate roles, and foster collaboration
\n7. Proposal preparation, play the role of bid manager as and when required
\n8. Document and report: -Maintain records and report project outcomes
\n9. Facilitate meetings, updates, and clear reporting across all levels
\n10. Provide regular status reports and end-of-project summaries<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nMust possess a Master\u2019s Degree.
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
\nMust have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management.
\nMust have been certified in PMP or equivalent.<\/p>\n
