\nThe Key Purpose of this role is to maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
Maintain a safe, healthy, risk-free working environment at all times by abiding to all rules and regulations of the safety policies
\nPerform maintenance and operation on various machines while ensuring that the machine is safe before maintenance tasks are carried out
\nMaintain and repair plant & associated devices at minimum cost while maintaining highest quality standards
\nOptimize and improve plant, process equipment & systems in case of Electricians\/ Instruments
\nNeed to ensure that all tasks performed meets the applicable legal requirement
\nEnsure that maintenance tasks are completed to the standard work instructions set out by ABInBev
\nStandby duty required as per roster set out with minimum disruptions
\nAbility to solve problems on FMCG machines
\nAbility to communicate technical knowledge to operation staff improving their skills sets
\nAbility to train, coach and mentor operation staff on ATO and 5\u2019s principles
\nAbility to optimize usages and reduce wastage with permanent solutions
\nInterpersonal Skills
\nWork in Teams and Collaborate
\nAbility to work no supervision (strong self-management practices)
\nAbility to problem solve using basic problem-solving tools (5 why, fishbone)
\nAbility to reduce machine downtime to minimum while ensuring all problems have permanent solutions
\nAbility to analyze various graphical data and open gaps to improve performance
\nAbility to identify non-standard work and tag the defects
\nAbility to work out spares requirements for machines and request via the sap system
\nAbility to be able to use electronic communication devices e.g. Tablets, Laptops and other devices<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements: <\/p>\n
Minimum NTA Level 3 Technical qualification or higher
\nTrade test qualification in Mechanical\/Millwright
\nExperience in Utilities would be advantageous.
\nSummative assessment in current role would be advantageous
\n2 year\u2019s post trade test experience would be advantageous
\nBasic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
\nBasic operations of electronic communication devices<\/p>\n
