\nSalary range: 125,000 to 175,000 KES monthly gross pay

\nRole summary
\nWe seek capable, responsible\u00a0Finance Manager\u00a0to lead financial operations for an innovative tilapia farm in East Africa. The successful candidate will run financial processes and analyze the financial health of departments, directly supporting other core functions (e.g., human resources, procurement), and drive resource efficiency across teams.
\nThis role is intended to become a founding member of a new Victory business unit in Tanzania. The role will first be based in Kenya for a 12 to 18-month period of on-the-job learning and development. Following this period, in the first half of 2026, the role will permanently transition to Tanzania.

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Implement and maintain robust end-to-end business process management across various operations (Farm, Lake, Logistics, Sales).
\nDrive financial planning and analysis to support decision-making and business growth. Kenya, Rwanda, Netherlands
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.
\nDevelop and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and financial performance.
\nAct as a co-pilot for all major investment activities at the farm, logistics, and in sales.
\nManage international procurement processes with an eye towards savings and efficient shipments.
\nProvide essential operational and financial inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
\nEnsure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
\nCollaborate with various stakeholders across the business, including: Farm and Lake Operations teams, Logistics Operations team, Commerce Leadership & Sales Operations teams, Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Manager, Group CFO, Finance Directors, and Finance teams.
\nSpend a meaningful amount of time at farm and logistics centers to become fully engrained and familiar with all facets of the business.<\/p>\n
Required qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
\nCPA-K or ACCA Qualification.
\n7+ years of relevant experience in operational finance combined with managing results together with the business\/budget owners.
\nExperience in deploying and using systems & methods to enforce controls and checks & balances.
\nDemonstrated ability to work well within teams and sensitivity to organizational dynamics.
\nProven business partnering capabilities and commitment to disciplined and ethical business practices.
\nProactive and self-motivated with a willingness to challenge existing norms.
\nEffective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
\nFluency in written and spoken English.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
Finance background in FMCG or Agriculture sector.<\/p>\n
