The ideal candidate will support the organization in HR functions while ensuring compliance with labor laws and legal standards.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Ensure company compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and employment standards.<br \/>\nDraft, review, and update employment contracts, HR policies, and conflicts resolution.<br \/>\nProvide legal guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflicts resolution.<br \/>\nManage recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping in line with legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labor law and compliance.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, employment contracts, and dispute resolution.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
