Electrical Engineer will be responsible for managing electrical department to create and implement the best electrical maintenance vision, strategy and procedure to improve plant operational performance.
\nWhat you\u2019ll be doing:<\/p>\n
Ensuring the effective operation for the electrical system of medium & low voltage switchgears, generators, transformers, motors, burners, invertors, PLC, instrumentation, and automation control system and to be adhered to standard safety instruction.
\nDevelop a planned electrical preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventive maintenance is carried out, and lead the team to act effectively to minimize the overall plant downtimes as well keep the machinery work in proper conditions saving the overall power consumption.
\nConduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
\nTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, and production teams, to implement innovative solutions.
\nParticipate in the planning and execution of new installations and upgrades to existing systems.
\nManage and follow up the electrical spare parts stock required to prevent any plant shutdown due to lack of stock resources through SAP system.
\nMaintaining manufacture process according to Knauf standard.
\nComply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
\nPrepare monthly reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
\nConduct regular training sessions to your team to ensure good performance.<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
\nProven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and automation technologies.
\nProficiency in using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
\nFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations
\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities.<\/p>\n
