\nThe PYP Teacher Lead will play a key role in facilitating the successful implementation of the Primary Years Program (PYP) curriculum within the school. The primary objectives include providing mentorship, modelling effective teaching practices, and supporting teachers in their planning and resource preparation
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Curriculum:\u00a0Implement the IB PYP standards and practices to support teaching and learning in the classroom.
\nMentorship:\u00a0Provide mentorship and guidance to PYP teachers,
\nModeling Lessons:\u00a0Demonstrate effective PYP teaching strategies through modeling lessons.
\nPlanning and Preparation:\u00a0Support the preparation of teaching resources and materials that align with PYP principles.
\nProfessional Development:\u00a0\u00a0Work collaboratively with the PYP Coordinator to establish teachers\u2019 professional development needs.<\/p>\n

Strong Understanding of PYP Language Philosophy.

Bachelor\u2019s degree in education, Masters is an added advantage
\nVast Professional Development in IB PYP trainings
\n4 to 5 years\u2019 experience in IB PYP Curriculum<\/p>\n
