Description<\/p>\n
Main role is to supports Human Resources department in managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding\/offboarding, coordinating benefits, and handling administrative tasks within the department and ensuring compliance with all labor laws requirements .
\nMaintenance of relationship during engagement of human resources service providers, management of procurement of administrative services for the office.
\nRecruitment &Onboarding \/Offboarding staff:<\/p>\n
Assist with hiring by screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
\nManagement of new staff onboarding and offboarding process
\nEnsuring staff is registered in the system
\nEnsuring staff receives all office equipment
\nEnsuring staff completes the induction and reports to the department \/field office
\nManage exit of staff until closure of file<\/p>\n
Benefits Administration:<\/p>\n
Ensure staff receive all benefits entitled during entry
\nEnsure staff are removed from receiving all benefits during exit
\nCoordinate services of benefits with the providers and the human resources department as per the organizational policy<\/p>\n
Management of Labour laws and Internal Policies Compliance:<\/p>\n
Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and countries labor laws
\nEnsure scheduled compliance regulations requirements are met as per compliance metrics dashboard
\nLiaise with stakeholders to complete the compliance requirements in each field office\/person required<\/p>\n
Administrative Support:<\/p>\n
Plan for the department monthly procurement
\nTogether with procurement ensure purchases are complying to the terms of reference or specific technical needs of the organization
\nEnsure all offices are running and have all the required services for effective and efficient office run<\/p>\n
Communication Support:<\/p>\n
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions and complaints, and providing information to authorized personnel.
\nManagement of service providers, building relationship that brings value to the organization<\/p>\n
