{"id":2537,"date":"2025-10-13T12:02:08","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T12:02:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/job\/relationship-manager-geita-at-exim\/"},"modified":"2026-01-09T00:50:08","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T00:50:08","slug":"relationship-manager-geita-at-exim","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/?post_type=job_listing&p=2537","title":{"rendered":"Relationship Manager \u2013 Geita at Exim"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description<br \/>\nThe purpose of this role is to build the Business, Deepen Relationships and Managing Key and Potential Customers from sales of Liabilities, Acquisitions, Cash Management, Credit Card and Retail Products to maximize revenue by achieving sales targets.<br \/>\nRoles &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\n\uf0a7Building relationships with a portfolio of customers is assigned to become a first point of contact for their banking needs.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Growth of CASAFD and ASSET of the existing client portfolio as per the target given, and Acquisitions of new CASA FD and ASSET customers as per given budget.<br \/>\n\uf0a7To meet the fee income goal through the existing client\u2019s portfolio.<br \/>\n\uf0a7To provide a personalized and committed banking service to the customers in the portfolio, such as reviews on customers\u2019 accounts and giving each customer the opportunity to make informed choices on their everyday banking.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Identification of cross-selling opportunities in the customer portfolio assigned.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Developing and maintaining a sales\/queries management database which can be used for review purposes, analysis of branch performance and reflection for improvement.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Working with branch managers to anticipate key issues, identifying useful opportunities, and offering professional expertise\/solutions to all stake holders.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Use referrals from existing clients in the portfolio to open new client accounts.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Have a good understanding of all products\/services offered by EXIM to be able to serve the client better.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Prepare Position reports for the Branch Manager<br \/>\nQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<br \/>\n\uf0a7University degree in Business Administration or Economics and relevant professional qualifications in banking, finance, or marketing<br \/>\n\uf0a7Minimum of two years\u2019 relevant working experience in a similar position<br \/>\n\uf0a7Computer literacy and knowledge of new evolving technology systems<br \/>\n\uf0a7Minimum of 5 years\u2019 relevant working experience in a similar position<br \/>\n\uf0a7Ability to assess customer needs and develop products that suit their needs.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Self-confident, ambitious, willing to take on challenges.<br \/>\n\uf0a7High energy level and aggressive<br \/>\n\uf0a7Self-motivated, fast learning with a proven ability to work independently under pressure and high efficiency.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Experience in structured trade finance, syndication and project financing will be an added advantage.<br \/>\n\uf0a7Possess in depth understanding and knowledge of retail banking Products viz (liabilities, acquisitions, cash management, credit cards, sales products etc)<br \/>\n\uf0a7Proven sales experience in a client relationship role within retail banking<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
