\nThe Key Purpose of this job is to maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost whilst maintaining standards.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost whilst maintaining standards.
\nLocate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation\/systems.
\nCarry out repairs or maintenance.
\nContinuously improve (optimize) plant, process equipment and systems.
\nOperate plant and process equipment.
\nIdentify problems or potential problems through plant walkabouts or running maintenance schedules.
\nSafely operate Brewing machines, monitor and control the process to produce a consistent product of the right quality at optimum cost.
\nRunning and shutting down the machine.
\nCarrying out basic maintenance and completing documentation.
\nEnsuring the machine is in working order.
\nMaintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
\nApplying the VPO Principles and Practices.
\nDigital VPO To safely operate Brewing machines, monitor and control the process to produce a consistent product of the right quality at optimum cost.
\nPerform 5S at workstation.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements: <\/p>\n
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
\n2-3 months on the job training
\n3-6 months on the job training
\n1 to 2 years in manufacturing industry
\nAbility to communicate well
\nTeam player<\/p>\n
