Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop a\u00a0sales budget\u00a0& manage the same for operation excellence.
\nAdvice the Management on\u00a0strategic pricing\u00a0for all products that envision Company growth strategy yet sustaining competitiveness.
\nBuild\u00a0strategic partnerships\u00a0with key stakeholders\/business partners aimed at achieving short-term and long-term business objectives.
\nEnsure a credible\u00a0business database\u00a0in place for reviews and decision references.
\nDevelop a highly engaged and\u00a0motivated team\u00a0to achieve the Company\u2019s growth objectives.
\nEnsure prompt and strict payment banking by the partners to enhance healthy Company cash flow.
\nEnsure optimal\u00a0stock supply\u00a0from the principles and practice of FIFO in stock movement.
\nDrive zonal project accountabilities, timelines, and deliverables.
\nPrepare periodic\u00a0written reports\u00a0and make\/deliver\u00a0presentations\u00a0for management regarding zonal performance, project status, direction, and recommendations.
\nWork closely with department Managers to implement new initiatives and determine the best processes for integrating the programs into the operations.
\nDevelop\u00a0sales and marketing strategies\u00a0to drive sales growth in the assigned area.<\/p>\n
Qualification, Experience and Competencies:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree\u00a0in\u00a0Sales & Marketing\u00a0or a Business related field.
\nMinimum of 3-5 years experience\u00a0in a similar position in the\u00a0FMCG industry\u00a0with a proven track record of achieving results.
\nProven analytical and leadership skills\u00a0as well as a strong business acumen.
\nExperience supporting the business\u00a0sales organization.
\nStrong\u00a0program\/project management\u00a0experience.
\nStrategic thinker.
\nClean & Valid Driving license.<\/p>\n
