\nREPORTS TO:\u00a0Production Manager
\n1. KEY JOB PURPOSE
\nResponsible for implementing and supervising all production related modules and principles for a smooth running of the Rigid Packaging manufacturing processes. (Preforms, Caps etc.)
\n2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u2022 Plan and supervise daily production activities based on demand and stock levels.
\n\u2022 Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Control teams to maintain product quality standards.
\n\u2022 Coordinate collection and usage of raw materials in liaison with the Stores department.
\n\u2022 Monitor production efficiency, yields, and waste to ensure cost-effective operations.
\n\u2022 Prepare and ensure timely submission of daily production reports.
\n\u2022 Enforce adherence to GMPs, safety standards, and company policies.
\n\u2022 Ensure proper maintenance of machines and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive servicing.
\n\u2022 Supervise and motivate the production team to achieve performance targets.
\n\u2022 Identify staff training needs and support continuous skill development.
\n3. QUALIFICATIONS
\n\u2022 Diploma or Degree in Industrial\/Manufacturing\/Production Management, Quality Management, or related technical field.
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in preform manufacturing.
\n\u2022 Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022 Proficient in computer applications and production reporting systems.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
