We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic\u00a0ERP Manager\u00a0to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of our ERP systems. The role is key to driving digital transformation and ensuring efficient integration across all business functions within the Group.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement ERP strategies that align with the organization\u2019s digital goals.
\nOversee daily ERP operations to ensure system reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
\nCollaborate with departments to enhance ERP functionalities and workflows.
\nManage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
\nLead change management processes and conduct staff training to improve ERP adoption.
\nProvide expert support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues.
\nGenerate data-driven reports and insights to support management decision-making.
\nContinuously improve ERP systems through updates, integrations, and process optimization.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
\nSAP Business One Certification and a Diploma\/Degree in Project Management.
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience managing ERP systems in a medium to large organization.
\nExperience in the Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage.
\nProven record of ERP implementation, upgrade, and process improvement projects.
\nStrong leadership and project management skills.
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
\nDeep understanding of ERP architecture and business process integration.
\nAnalytical and results-oriented mindset.<\/p>\n
