Introduce\u00a0\u00a0 the Absa Bank\u2019s product features\u00a0 to the potential customers<\/p>\n
Ensuring that customers present\u00a0 all the required documentation as per the product specifications<\/p>\n
Certifying all customer documentation and completion\u00a0 of all necessary documentation<\/p>\n
Forwarding customer application to the sales manager for checking before submission<\/p>\n
Ensure safe custody of customer s documentation under their care and protect customer confidential information.<\/p>\n
Advise the customers of the fates of their applications<\/p>\n
Collecting market \/competitor information from the field and\u00a0 feeding this to the Lg Leadership with a view to improving our products<\/p>\n
Aware of the channels through which customer can contact bank to share feedback \/complaints<\/p>\n
