\nThe key purpose of this role is the management of all Finished Goods (FG) within the logistics supply chain, ensuring standards met and in compliance to all inventory governance processes & controls. All physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP, inventory differences investigated, resolved & reported.
\nKey roles and responsibilities:
\nFG Quality Management
\nFG Inventory quality fundamental standards are adhered to as per DPO & VPO requirements
\nFG Inventory accurately blocked in SAP with physical blocking mechanism in place as per VPO\/DPO standards for quality related & obsolescence stock
\nEnsure compliance to the freshness & rotation policy as per VPO & DPO standards Inventory count are recorded accurately with quantities & BBD x SKU& bin cards clearly displayed as per DPO & VPO standards Inventory concession policy applied & approved as per VPO product age standards
\nFG Inventory accurately blocked in SAP with physical blocking mechanism in place as per VPO\/DPO standards for quality related & obsolescence stock
\nAll FG salvages are re-packed as per VPO & DPO standards
\nAll obsolescence stock are decanted as per standard policy & procedure
\nInventory Management
\nIndependent inventory counts conducted on all returnable containers & reconciled to SAP inventory
\nInventory count differences identified, investigated, resolved & reported un-resolved
\nInventory count differences escalated to BLM \/ DCLM & RLM with commentary & action plans
\nAll physical movements of containers are transacted in SAP accurately
\nT1 & T2 movements, Packaging receipts validated by line counters, write-off\u2019s are verified against signed-off documentation & gate sheets
\nBreakages, Obsolescence & salvages stock are signed-off & processed in SAP accurately
\nAll open shipments for T1 & T2 are reviewed & resolved
\nAll container claims are processed timeously with signed-off backup documentation & SAB re-imbursed
\nPOC & T2 driver route settlement corrections reviewed, approved & signed-off
\nSCO BUD vs ACT costs are monitored with gaps & action plans report
\nGovernance and Risk
\nAll Documentation signed-off by relevant persons, filed & securely stored as per Inventory Control Policy \u2013 Inventory stock packs, T1 & T2 shipment packs, gate register, etc
\nSecurity cameras in key points on site & random verification conducted
\n3 Point independent checks are conducted on all T1 & T2 shipments for departure & arrival
\nMinimum Requirements:
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics or Sciences
\n2-3 years\u2019 experience in a Stock Control environment
\nMS Office proficiency
\nAttention to detail
\nHigh level of accuracy
\nAbility to manage self
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
\nSound knowledge of the SAP R3 system
\nGood verbal ability and communication skills
\nHigh levels of Integrity and ethics
