\nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance and\u00a0 administration team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily financial\u00a0 operations, including bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, inventory tracking, and tax\u00a0 filing. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure financial accuracy,\u00a0 compliance, and smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should be reliable, well
\norganized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
\nManage accounts payable and receivable.
\nPrepare and reconcile bank statements.
\nProcess payroll and ensure statutory deductions are paid on time (PAYE, NSSF, WCF,\u00a0 VAT, etc.).
\nPrepare and file tax returns in compliance with TRA requirements.
\nMonitor and control company budgets and expenditures.
\nSupport internal and external audits by providing necessary documents.
\nEnsure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
\nAnalyze financial data and provide reports to management for decision-making.
\nMaintain confidentiality of financial information<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\nAt least two \u2013 three years of experience in accounting or finance role
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy
\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and local tax regulations
\nAbility to work independently and within a team environment
\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills<\/p>\n

\nProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or Sage) and MS Excel.
