\nJob Opportunity: Group Lending Supervisor
\nWe invite suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Group Lending Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the area portfolio and ensuring targets are achieved in line with organizational objectives, overseeing team operations, supervising area staff, and focusing on risk management and effectiveness of the area.
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Preparing team monthly, quarterly, and yearly target plans and conducting monthly meetings with the team.
\nFollowing up and visiting at least two groups per month.
\nPreparing and following up on community organizers\u2019 daily activities both in the field and office, and verifying member admission, loan schemes, and necessary paper documents as per requirements.
\nFacilitating auditing, monitoring, and review, and liaising with local government and other organizations in the area.
\nChecking collection sheets.
\nGuiding and supervising community organizers to ensure quality member recruitment and disbursement targets are met.
\nPreparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and issuing them to the respective supervisor.
\nActively supervising the loan disbursement process.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Technical Certification\/Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
\n5 years of work experience in group lending, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
\nGood understanding of economic activities and consumer behavior in the microlending space.
\nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
\nResults-oriented with good time management and analytical skills.
\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swahili.<\/p>\n
