Handling all cash and non-cash related transactions, cross-selling and upselling bank products, and adherence of standard operating procedures, policies and guidelines. Attend to customers and provide information on bank products and services.<br \/>\nRoles &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\nPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES<br \/>\n\u2022 Processing of customers\u2019 requests on account opening, account maintenance, account closures and posting of non-cash and cash transactions after thorough checking as per our SOP<br \/>\n\u2022 Handling of customers\u2019 queries and complaints, resolving timely and giving feedback after resolution.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain up to date knowledge about bank products and Cross selling and upselling those services and products<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifying and contacting potential customers for sales leads generations to increase customer base.<br \/>\n\u2022 Scrutinize internal vouchers to ensure that they are properly drawn and authorized in line with customers\u2019 mandate and in line with the internal approval limits matrix.<br \/>\n\u2022 Performs clerical duties (e.g., filling, workstation arrangements, housekeeping etc.)<br \/>\n\u2022 Reporting of suspicious transactions<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide an efficient, high-quality range of service to customers in line with the agreed procedures &amp; service standards set by the bank<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with Money Laundering Prevention as per Bank Policy, KYC norms and CDD<br \/>\n\u2022 Where appropriate to be the custodian of deliverables and negotiable instruments<br \/>\n\u2022 Where appropriate to represent the Bank while performing BOT Cash Deposits and Withdrawals<br \/>\n\u2022 Where appropriate to be the custodian of the Bank\u2019s Keys for the main and rear entrance<br \/>\n3. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS<br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in any related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum of one year of Banking experience in branch operations with a good performance track record<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to carry out work by the bank\u2019s procedures.<br \/>\n\u2022 Sales and negotiation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Good integrity<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to lead a team<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
