\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Zero involvement in an incident or accident, those occurred are reported to Supervisor within shift
\nField Level Risk Assessment completed accurately for every task assigned
\nTeam Based Job Safety Analysis completed for every task without a Standard Operating Procedure
\nCarry out housekeeping activities before and after every task completed
\nCompliance with the use of required PPE for the task at hand
\nAttendance daily, on time
\nCompliance with related Standard Operating Procedures
\nEquipment Pre-Start Inspections conducted prior to operating any equipment on a shifty basis and sub-standard equipment reported & corrected
\nWorkplace inspections conducted shifty as assigned and substandard conditions reported and \/ or corrected within shift
\nMaintain communication throughout the shift by reporting in intervals not exceeding one hour
\nSafe & efficient Equipment operation within Standard Operating Procedure requirements, as per production plan
\nProven ability to meet production targets in a safe manner.
\nAchievement of daily planned targets
\nZero Damage to equipment as a result of poor operating techniques or negligence daily<\/p>\n
Qualification requirements<\/p>\n
Ordinary Secondary Education\u00a0
\nSound knowledge of Underground Mining Operations\u00a0
\nExemplary\u00a0Grader operation skills
\nBasic ground Control Training\u00a0
\nValid Tanzanian Drivers Licence
\nFormal Training Certificate from in HME Equipment from VETA Institute<\/p>\n
Experience and competencies needed<\/p>\n
Experience in dealing with multi-cultural orientations\u00a0
\nAt least 3 years industry experience in Underground Operations\u00a0
\nExperience in operation of Heavy Mobile Equipment in Mining or Construction such as Loader, Excavator\u00a0advantageous\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
