\nLocation:\u00a0Arusha, Tanzania
\nJob Summary:\u00a0Generate sustainable revenue, manage client relationships to achieve the set sales targetsand wallet share and ensure sustained business growth and profitability at branch.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
ldentify business growth opportunities in the local market and develop appropriate strategies for capturing the market.
\nAchieve revenue and cost targets to drive productivity
\nBusiness development, revenue generation, efficiency improvement, profitability, and overall business process management in the Consumer Banking business.
\nDrive customer service excellence and ensure competitive solutions and products are consistently delivered to consumer banking clients
\nDrive a customer-centric mindset within the consumer banking system that will result in speedy product and service delivery
\nManage NPL of portfolio<\/p>\n
Qualification & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree\/ master\u2019s business-related fields of study or equivalents. <
\nAt least 5 years sales & products experience with good knowledge on banking products and operations<\/p>\n
