Currently, it is looking for a\u00a0Physician who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and self-motivated to work with the company.<br \/>\n.Duties and Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Provide comprehensive medical care to patients through diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention within the scope of internal medicine.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Conduct thorough medical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests to determine patients\u2019 health status.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Monitor patients\u2019 progress and adjust treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Offer consultation and guidance to other medical staff on complex or specialized cases.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and continuous care.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Promote health education and preventive care among patients and the community.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Maintain professionalism and composure while handling patients, relatives, colleagues, and authorities, even in high-pressure or emergency situations.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the management.<br \/>\nQualifications \/ Education Level:<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a recognized institution.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Master\u2019s Degree (MMed) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine or related specialty.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Full registration and valid practicing license from the Medical Council of Tanganyika.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Minimum of 1 year post-specialization clinical experience.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Proven record of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality patient care.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Demonstrated leadership, analytical ability, and effective time management.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
