\nPosition: Data Coordinator (1 Post)
\nPurpose
\nThe Sales Data Coordinator is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on sales data to support the sales team in achieving their targets. This role involves coordinating data collection, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to optimize sales strategies, with a strong emphasis on utilizing Data Management Systems (DMS).
\nMain Responsibilities
\nData Management:<\/p>\n
Collect and organize sales data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
\nMaintain and update sales databases and DMS to ensure data integrity.<\/p>\n
Reporting:<\/p>\n
Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures as needed.
\nGenerate regular sales reports and dashboards for the sales team and management.<\/p>\n
Analysis:<\/p>\n
Analyze sales trends using DMS tools and provide actionable insights.<\/p>\n
Collaboration:<\/p>\n
Work closely with:<\/p>\n
Stores Department for accurate return reports.
\nFinance Department for accurate financial reports.
\nDispatch Team for accurate allocation details.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance:<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits of sales data to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
\nAcademic:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
\nProven experience\u00a0in data analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
\nProficiency in Data Management Systems (DMS) and CRM software.
\nStrong\u00a0analytical and problem-solving skills.
\nExcellent\u00a0communication and interpersonal abilities.
\nExperience:\u00a02 to 4 years working experience in similar job.
