\nThe Key Purpose of this role is to manage packaging shift teams, within safety criteria, to ensure production volume plan is met. All production should be packaged in accordance with ABInBev quality process specifications.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Responsible for safety of all team members on shift\u200b
\nManage PPE compliance and has the authority to take action against non-compliance\u200b
\nResponsible for Machine safe practices, PTW, LOTO and SAM\u200b
\nAccountable for all process checks to be done as per prescribed frequency\u200b
\nManage operator compliance Responsible for quality packaged product delivered to the warehouse\u200b
\nEnsure problem solving for all out-of-control processes\u200b
\nVerify compliance with daily routines as per Agenda of Routine\u200b<\/p>\n
Execute Daily schedule:\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n
Production, changeovers, cleaning and lubrication, autonomous maintenance inspections and fixes\u00a0\u200b
\nOperate line equipment where needed, provide shop floor hands on support\u200b
\nTrain on and check the execution of standards by the operation\u00a0\u200b
\nEscalate Major issues to the Unit Manager, Packaging Manager\u200b
\nEnsure end of shift results report is complete to enable shift handover Ensure QFR, 5 why and Abnormality reports are done according to triggers\u200b
\nFacilitate planned training\u200b
\nControl the hourly employees work hours Resolve issues on-shift Develop team\u00a0\u200b
\nTNA plan<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree \u2013 Elec, Mech, Industrial, Instrumental, Chemical & Process Engineering\u200b
\nCompleted Packaging traineeship ABInBev Learnership or Artisan Training\u200b
\nAt least 3-5 years factory production experience
\nDemonstrated experience in shift production\u00a0\u200b
\nA superior performance track record indicating a disciplined work ethic with passion for problem solving and continuous improvement<\/p>\n
