About the Role
\nWe are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of diverse building projects. While the role covers a variety of structures, experience in commercial and industrial building projects will be considered an added advantage.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop architectural designs from concept to completion for various projects.
\nCollaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
\nPrepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
\nConduct site assessments and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
\nEnsure designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and sustainability standards.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Architecture.
\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
\nStrong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
\nExcellent communication and project management skills.<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills
\nExperience with commercial and industrial building projects (added advantage).
\nKnowledge of green building and sustainable design principles.
\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
