Customer Relationship Management<br \/>\nAct as the main contact person for Float Glass customers.<br \/>\nRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.<br \/>\nMaintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.<br \/>\n2. Order Processing &amp; Coordination<br \/>\nReceive and process sales orders accurately in the system.<br \/>\nCoordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.<br \/>\nTrack and update customers on the status of their orders.<br \/>\n3. Complaint Handling &amp; Resolution<br \/>\nLog and follow up on customer complaints or returns.<br \/>\nWork with quality control and sales teams to resolve issues.<br \/>\nGovernment Job Application<br \/>\n4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<br \/>\nPrepare invoices, delivery notes, and related sales documents.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate customer records in the database.<br \/>\nProvide regular sales and service reports to management.<br \/>\n5. Sales Support<br \/>\nAssist the sales team in preparing quotations.<br \/>\nSupport marketing and promotional activities for Float Glass products.<br \/>\nOther Duties<br \/>\nSupport planning for export markets: understanding export requirements, documentation, and customer needs.<br \/>\nAssist with VAT, duty drawback, or other tax or regulatory incentives or procedures, if applicable.<br \/>\nQualification<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.<br \/>\n1\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a similar role or in customer service.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
