We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Manager who will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in overseeing procurement processes in our Workshop Spare Stores. The Procurement Manager will oversee the Company\u2019s procurement operations, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, supplier management, and seamless purchasing processes within the Workshop Department. This role requires strong leadership expertise, supplier management, and the ability to drive efficiency while maintaining transparency and compliance across all procurement activities.

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage the entire procurement cycle from identifying needs, sourcing, evaluation, and supplier selection to purchase management of the items.
\nConduct supplier evaluation, onboarding, and management, ensuring reliable partnerships and continuous quality improvement.<\/p>\n
Negotiate pricing and ensure cost efficiency and value delivery.<\/p>\n
Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, accountability, and compliance.
\nMaking sure purchase orders are prepared and signed on time.
\nMaking sure that payments to the suppliers are made accordingly.<\/p>\n
Prepare and present regular procurement reports (supplier performance, cost savings, etc.) to management.
\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical procurement practices.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications & Competencies<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in vehicle spares.<\/p>\n
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\nProficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
\nHigh level of integrity, transparency, and accountability.<\/p>\n
