Qualifications<\/p>\n
A bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology or a related field
\n3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years focused on recruitment
\nProven ability to run high-volume recruitment drives, especially for field-based roles
\nExperience supporting hiring managers and collaborating across departments
\nComfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments where priorities evolve quickly
\nProficiency with HR systems and tools (HRIS\/HRMS), with an interest in process optimization
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism
\nExceptional attention to detail, organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
\nA discreet, trustworthy approach to handling sensitive information and employee data
\nConfident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills

As our Talent Specialist, you\u2019ll play a key role in helping us grow our team across the country.
\nYou\u2019ll drive end-to-end recruitment, support hiring managers, coordinate onboarding and ensure every candidate and new hire has a great experience. From sourcing talent for field roles to supporting Finance, HR and Operations hiring;\u00a0this role puts you at the center of Jaza\u2019s growth.

\nRoles and Responsibilities:
\nRecruitment & Selection<\/p>\n
Manage high-volume hiring campaigns for both field and office roles
\nSource, screen and interview candidates efficiently
\nPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and forecast talent needs
\nConduct background checks and verify references
\nMaintain accurate candidate records and ensure data confidentiality
\nGenerate reports and track recruitment KPIs (e.g. time-to-fill, number of hires)
\nKeep hiring teams updated on interview progress and scheduling
\nEnsure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies<\/p>\n
Onboarding & Employee Experience<\/p>\n
Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires
\nCoordinate company culture and values orientation
\nSchedule technical onboarding sessions with subject matter experts
\nCollect and process all pre-employment documentation
\nUpdate and maintain employee records in the HRMS and physical files
\nAct as custodian of employee records, ensuring secure and accurate data handling
\nSupport employee engagement initiatives that enhance the workplace experience<\/p>\n
HR Support & Projects<\/p>\n
Act as the go-to point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
\nPromote Jaza\u2019s employer brand and help attract top talent
\nOptimize the use of HRMS for recruitment and onboarding workflows
\nSupport internal HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
\nPerform other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
How We\u2019ll Measure Success<\/p>\n
Monthly hiring targets met (number of hires per month)
\nOnboarding completion rate within set timelines
\nTime to fill roles maintained at or below 60 days
\n100% compliance with labor laws and internal Jaza policies in all hiring and onboarding processes<\/p>\n
