\nRequirements<\/p>\n
University degree in business administration, social science, or related areas
\n3+ years of experience in Customer Care, related services, or related areas
\nFluent in English and Swahili<\/p>\n
Core Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations for key corporate customers.
\nRespond promptly and accurately to corporate customer queries according to SLAs.
\nIdentify customer needs and assist them in using specific product features.
\nConduct training sessions for corporate customers on products and services.
\nImplement automation to address recurring customer queries, such as daily reports.
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers regarding support issues.
\nAnalyze and report product malfunctions and test different scenarios to troubleshoot issues.
\nUpdate internal databases with technical issue details and relevant customer interactions.
\nMonitor complaints, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
\nGather customer feedback, share feature requests, and inform customers about new functionalities.<\/p>\n
