\nRTI-Tanzania is embarking on the second phase of the, \u201cCARING SCHOOLS PROJECT\u201d,\u00a0which\u00a0 will collect data to validate measurements on how school environments influence youth mental\u00a0 health trajectories in Mwanza, Tanzania. The organisation has also secured funding for a new\u00a0 project, \u201cParenting for Early Years Project\u201d, which focuses on Parenting for children aged 0\u20133\u00a0 years.

\nREPORTING TO:\u00a0Executive Director
\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Payroll administration, including calculations, pay slips, tax documentation, and leave\u00a0 management.
\nImplementation of RTI-Tanzania\u2019s HR policies, systems, and procedures.
\nDevelopment and implementation of specific HR processes.
\nSupport the project team in the communication and implementation of policies.
\nManage recruitment and contracting processes.
\nManage the onboarding and offboarding of staff.
\nSupport the project team with performance management and labour relations.
\nReport writing skills and ensure compliance with different country laws and regulations.
\nOther organisation administrative duties.<\/p>\n

\nQUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCE:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resource management, social sciences, or equivalent\u00a0 disciplines from reputable higher learning institutions.
\nMinimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources Management.
\nExperience in payroll administration and organisational management is a necessity.
\nDemonstrated strategic skills in developing and implementing HR strategies in small and\u00a0 medium-sized organisations.
\nA solid understanding of Tanzanian labour laws, employment standards, and workplace\u00a0 regulations, including equal employment opportunity.
\nExcellent written, oral communication skills interpersonal, and presentation skills.
\nProven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet use; ability to work\u00a0 effectively in an online environment.<\/p>\n
TERMS OF SERVICE:\u00a0One-year contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance\u00a0 and funding availability.
