\nAs a Recruitment Intern at Jaza, you\u2019ll be a vital part of our hiring journey, helping us find the right people to power our mission. Here\u2019s what your day-to-day may include:<\/p>\n
Posting job advertisements and shortlisting candidates
\nScheduling and coordinating interviews
\nConducting candidate interviews and sharing timely feedback
\nSupporting new employee onboarding and scheduling sessions
\nActing as a point of contact for new hires, ensuring clear communication and smooth experiences
\nCarrying out background checks and employment verifications
\nManaging and updating recruitment trackers
\nMaintaining accurate HR documentation and filing systems
\nPitching in on other HR-related tasks as needed<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll report directly to our Talent Specialist and collaborate with people across various departments.<\/p>\n
