HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Head of Liability who will be responsible for developing and managing deposit products, driving deposit mobilization strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a high-performing team to achieve the Bank\u2019s liability growth targets.

\nRESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Design, launch, and manage deposit products tailored to customer needs.
\nDevelop and execute deposit mobilization strategies aligned with the Bank\u2019s vision and regulatory requirements.
\nBuild, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Liabilities Team with clear performance targets.
\nDrive marketing and business development campaigns to boost customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
\nEnsure compliance with Bank of Tanzania regulations and internal policies on deposit mobilization and management.
\nMonitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative deposit products and pricing strategies.
\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty and deposits growth.
\nPrepare regular reports on deposit mobilization performance and present to senior management.
\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and cross-selling opportunities.<\/p>\n

\nQUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; a Master\u2019s Degree is an added advantage.
\nMinimum of 7\u201310 years of progressive experience in Financial Institution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within liabilities or deposits management.
\nStrong business development, marketing, and relationship management skills.
\nAbility to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.<\/p>\n
