Head Teacher
\nSnow White Montessori Daycare & Pre-school is an early childhood education facility, typically catering to young children from infancy through preschool age.
\nOur objectives are to create a nurturing, educational, and child-centered environment that supports each child\u2019s holistic development. We encourage children to take care of themselves, make choices, and complete tasks on their own within a safe, supportive environment.
\nAlso, we encourage children to develop self-confidence by promoting problem-solving and self-help skills in daily activities. We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable Head Teacher who will oversee all our administrative and academic tasks within the school.
\nDuties:
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Act as a point of contact for students and parents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
\nAbility to teach in absence of other teachers.
\nAssist in managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, communications, and records-keeping.
\nCoordinate and facilitate in managing logistics; such as school bus for students to and from school. Manage school supplies, order resources, and coordinate events.
\nPreparing calendar for school academic year.
\nMaintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
\nAssist in budget management and financial reporting, including tracking school expenses, and tracking unpaid school fees.
\nSupport the development and implementation of school policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with educational regulations.<\/p>\n

\nQualification Requirements:<\/p>\n
A \u00a0Diploma in early learning education or similar field.
\n2-3 years\u2019 experience in teaching nursery students.
\nExcellent leadership, organizational, management, and communication skills.
\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to remain professional.
\nA willingness to work overtime.<\/p>\n
