\nThe ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, managing records, keeping expenses, and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have the ability to produce clear financial reports.

\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Monitor accounts payable and receivables
\nAssist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
\nSupport the maintenance of the company\u2019s general ledger and charts of accounts
\nHelp ensure compliance with local tax laws
\nTrack expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
\nMonitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and reporting any variances
\nSupport the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
\nAny other tasks related to company operations financial or otherwise.
\nAnalyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting\/ finance\/ economics or any related relevant field.
\nProficiency in ERP systems
\nComputer skills with proficiency in MS Office
\nExcellent Financial reporting skills
\nHighly developed and proven communication skills; oral, written and presentation
\nContinuous need to be flexible, adaptable and able to multitask
\nTrustworthy and absolute discretion required at all times
\nHigh levels of energy and drive, strong problem solver and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
