This role is essential in optimizing marketing campaigns, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with industry shifts and customer demands. By leveraging data analytics, market research, and digital insights, the specialist helps the Bank stay competitive and maximize its marketing ROI.<\/p>\n<p>Main Responsibilities:<br \/>\nMarketing Research &amp; Analytics<\/p>\n<p>Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive landscapes.<br \/>\nAnalyze consumer behavior, purchase patterns, and engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies.<br \/>\nGather and interpret data from multiple sources, including surveys, social media, website analytics, and industry reports.<br \/>\nDevelop detailed reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for marketing and business teams.<br \/>\nMonitor and evaluate competitor strategies, pricing models, and customer feedback to improve market positioning.<br \/>\nCollaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize campaign targeting and messaging.<br \/>\nUtilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, Tableau, and Excel to track and visualize data.<br \/>\nForecast market trends and consumer preferences to help shape future marketing initiatives.<br \/>\nProvide actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth.<br \/>\nStay updated with the latest advancements in marketing technology, AI-driven analytics, and data<br \/>\nConsumer Insights<br \/>\nConduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes.<br \/>\nDesign and execute consumer surveys from end-to-end to gather feedback and insights on products, promotion, and brand perception.<br \/>\nDevelop detailed profiles of target consumers, including their needs, preferences, and pain points.<br \/>\nModerate focus groups, in-depth interviews, and analyze qualitative outputs<br \/>\nPresent findings and insights to senior management and other internal stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.<br \/>\nUnderstand the role of AI in market research as a tool, leveraging it where necessary.<br \/>\nData Analysis<br \/>\nAnalyze data collected from various sources, such as surveys, social media, and sales reports, to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.<br \/>\nMonitor and assess the strategies and performance of competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential threats.<br \/>\nAnticipate future market trends and consumer behaviors to help the Bank stay ahead of the curve.<br \/>\nLeverage data analytics tools, CRM systems, and other technology to streamline data collection and analysis processes.<br \/>\nBrand Monitoring<br \/>\nTrack brand mentions and sentiment across different online and offline channels to gauge brand health and reputation.<br \/>\nManage brand health, brand lift, and equity trackers across platforms and synthesize them into cohesive narratives<br \/>\nIdentify and segment target consumer groups based on demographics, psychographics, and behavioral characteristics.<br \/>\nMeasure and monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty through surveys and feedback mechanisms.<br \/>\nProvide insights and recommendations to guide product development and innovation, ensuring that products align with consumer demands.<br \/>\nMarketing Strategy<br \/>\nCollaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns based on consumer insights.<br \/>\nEnsure that data collection and analysis adhere to legal and ethical standards, especially concerning consumer privacy.<br \/>\nOwn end to end creation of insights presentations from storyline to final edits, including Board level materials.<br \/>\nManage the budget allocated for research and insights activities efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Banking and financial products, services, and customer segments.<br \/>\nBrand management principles and lifecycle strategy.<br \/>\nAdvertising and media planning processes (traditional and digital).<br \/>\nRegulatory and ethical guidelines for marketing in financial services.<br \/>\nExperience in business operations, analytics, and data visualization to create insights, improve outcomes, and ensure collaboration among our teams.<br \/>\nResults-oriented, innovative, and detail-driven.<br \/>\nStrategic and creative thinker with strong commercial acumen.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.<br \/>\nStrong strategic thinking and analytical capability.<br \/>\nExcellent understanding of digital ecosystems, customer journey design, and marketing automation.<br \/>\nExceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agency relationships.<br \/>\nHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric focus<br \/>\nFamiliarity with banking regulations, compliance standards, and consumer protection laws related to financial advertising.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance or Actuarial Sciences.<br \/>\nMaster\u2019s degree (MBA or MSc in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related discipline) is an added advantage.<br \/>\nProfessional certification in Product &amp; Digital Marketing will be an added advantage<br \/>\nMinimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in Marketing, preferably in retail banking or financial services.<br \/>\nExperience in business operations, analytics, and data visualization to create insights, improve outcomes, and ensure collaboration among teams is desired.<br \/>\nExperience with statistical techniques and predictive modeling using tools such as SPSS, SAS, Python or Adobe Analytics<br \/>\nExpertise in creating insightful dashboards and reports, supported by visual storytelling for executive team members.<br
