Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
Degree in procurement, business administration in procurement, Supply Chain Management or any related field
\nFresh from college\/ university or any coming from volunteering
\nMust be a Tanzanian
\nMust be fluent in writing and speaking English language
\nMust have computer skills
\nApplicants should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonal skills, analytical, innovative problem-solving skills and time-managing skills.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
\nResearch potential vendors
\nTrack orders and ensure timely delivery
\nUpdate internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
\nConduct market research to identify pricing trends
\nEvaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
\nPrepare cost analyses
\nFollow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
\nAny other assigned task<\/p>\n
