\nBulyanhulu Gold Mine is seeking to recruit Plant Operator to join and grow our team. This role is responsible to carry out Work Instructions within the Process Plant Circuits safely, on a Shift basis, based on the Skills and Knowledge of the Operator at his Level, within the Standard Operating Procedures of Barrick Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Process Plant to meet Operational Targets.

\nDuration: Permanent
\nResponsibilities:
\nDemonstrates a high concern for health, safety and
\nEnvironment awareness daily
\n0% Equipment damage or incidents (minimal breakdowns)
\nZero incidents and accidents e.g. MTI, RDI and LTI
\nZero Environmental Incidents daily
\nCompliance to completion of Field Level Risk Assessments daily
\nCompliance in using required PPE
\nSafe Effective use of Mobile Equipment\/ Machinery daily.
\nCompliance to required Standard operating procedures daily 100% Compliance to accurate Shift Handover
\nIdentified faults\/ problems reported\/addressed without delay
\nFaults identified are recorded daily
\nCompliance to accurate & correct Pre \u2013Start inspections
\nLeader believes that you constantly add value to the team
\n80% of required planned Training Courses completed for Level of Operator
\nLeader believes that you Constantly add value to the team
\nLess than 10% daily breakdowns and\/or circuit delay daily
\nEquipment utilization recorded daily
\nCompliance to respective circuits Standard operating procedures during monitoring
\nMaintain reagent dosage within Metallurgical guidelines daily
\nAccurate and timely required samplings and information
\nRequired readings recorded in shift log sheet
\nMonitoring of circuits operating parameters and equipment status
\nMonitoring of equipment condition within required parameters 80% of peers confirm that you collect & submit accurate & timely samples from circuits
\nCompliance to relevant Standard Operating procedure
\nMSALABS confirms that 100% samples received are of best possible quality
\nof Planned Task Observations indicate 100% compliance to standards required
\nPant utilization daily
\nPositive Planned Task Observation feedback over 3 month period
\nCompliance to related Standard Operating Procedures on operation of major equipment daily
\n9and above circuit operation efficiency daily
\nLeader confirms safe & timely maintenance and\/or start up preparation
\n100% Reporting of all maintenance issues and operating problems without delay
\nDemonstrate quality operation troubleshooting techniques
\ncompliance to daily, weekly & monthly maintenance cleaning\/ flushing schedules
\n1compliance to daily, weekly, monthly operator maintenance schedules over 3 month period
\nLeader confirmation of 90% and above clean working place & required equipment daily
\nCompliance to handling of pressurized liquid Standard Operating Procedure
\nCompliance to chemical handling Standard Operating Procedure
\nCompliance to water hose application procedure daily
\nTimely reporting any spillage or leakage as occurs
\nTimely carbon and slurry build up removal\/ shoveling as required
\nDaily tools and equipment allocation, storage after use
\nEffective spillage pump operation
\nQualification Requirements:
\nForm IV Secondary Education
\nFTC\/Trade \u2013 Test grade 1 in mineral processing\/ relevant
\nExperience and Skills Requirements:
\nKnowledge of TSF
\nAbility to troubleshoot operational problems
\nSafety Awareness
\nReporting Skills
\nKnowledge of ROM pad
\nFamiliar with a variety of the field\u2019s concepts, practices, and procedures
\n1 year and above \u2013 Experience in processing plant operations
