Through this partnership, scalable economic development approaches will be delivered in communities to foster the agency and voice of AGYW. She will be equipped with the appropriate skills, tools, and access to finance to effectively exercise her agency and build a fulfilling and productive livelihood.<br \/>\nBRAC International is seeking applications from competent, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill the following position in\u00a0BRAC Maendeleo Tanzania.<br \/>\nHuman Resource Officer<br \/>\nTo decentralize Human Resource Operations so as to increase efficiency and effectiveness in service\u00a0 delivery which will increase organization productivity. The role contributes to the development of base\u00a0 strategies, which are translated into action plans and day-to-day tasks.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nRecruitment and selection<br \/>\nRecruitment services<\/p>\n<p>Receiving approved manpower requisition from talent acquisition manager to initiate recruitment process.<br \/>\nArranging interview for successfully shortlisted candidates.<br \/>\nTo collect all necessary documents from the new staffs and contract issuing<br \/>\nProbation Reviews and to ensure that all probation reviews are completed within agreed<br \/>\nMaintenance of staff files<br \/>\nAppropriate employment background check of the newly recruited staffs.<br \/>\nEnsure all new staff have the social security&amp; medical registration and supervise the process by making sure that necessary application forms are completed\/ filled<\/p>\n<p>Training and Development\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Assist HR Manager on lead in Training Need Analysis.<br \/>\nAssisting Training team in preparations organization and evaluation of various training in the<\/p>\n<p>HR Service\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To work closely with Accounts in the matter of payroll preparation. \u00b7 Managing leave and attendance of regional staffs\u00a0 \u00b7 Ensuring all staffs have renewed contracts.<br \/>\nAssisting HR Manager in issuing and processing transfer proposal, transfer orders and resignation letters.<br \/>\nHandling employee\u2019s relations issues by the consultation with Manager-HR i.e. helping line managers in attending formal disciplinary hearing, helping line managers in issuing show cause as well as documenting all disciplinary operations took place.<br \/>\nTo preserve staff personal files and update whenever necessary. \u00b7 Assist HR Manager in Managing staff information system software (HRIS)\u00a0 \u00b7 Ensure all staff are issued with name tags and identity cards.<\/p>\n<p>Human resource strategy\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Periodically organize policy sharing events to the concerned regional staffs.<br \/>\nTo communicate the gaps of various policies and process and the possible solutions to HR<br \/>\nAssist in Performance management system in terms of staffs objective setting in January, Midterm review and year-end review.<br \/>\nSupport staff development activities including promoting the BRAC Learning Catalogue.<\/p>\n<p>Safeguarding Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program\u2019s goals on safeguarding implementation<br \/>\nAct as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment<br \/>\nPractice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action<br \/>\nFollow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do the same<br \/>\nUnderstand, implement, and promote BRAC\u2019s safeguarding policies and standards.<br \/>\nEnsure all audit activities reflect safeguarding considerations.<br \/>\nReport safeguarding concerns as per protocol and encourage others to do the same<\/p>\n<p>Educational &amp;e Experience Requirement:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor degree in human resource management\/administration, Industrial relation, Laws, or relevant field.<\/p>\n<p>Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Competencies;<\/p>\n<p>Proven two years\u2019 experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.<br \/>\nKnowledge of HR functions (pay &amp; benefits, recruitment, training &amp; development etc.)<br \/>\nUnderstanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures<br \/>\nProficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is required<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment services<br \/>\nEmployment Type: Contractual<br \/>\nSalary: Negotiable<br \/>\nEmployment opportunities listing<br \/>\nJob Location: Iringa &amp; Dodoma<br \/>\nIf you feel you are the right match for the above-mentioned position, please follow the application instructions accordingly:<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
